Reporters MUST Complete Past Due Submissions Before Filing for 2024!

If you have not filed your 2018 or 2021 submissions, you are out of compliance with the IMERC member states and we can help!

With the reporting deadline for 2024 approaching on July 1, now is the perfect time to catch up on any outstanding submissions. If your company is among those with past due submissions – or if you are unsure of your status – please contact us by responding to this email.

REMEMBER: A signed Senior Management Certification must be uploaded to every notification submission as an attachment.

By reporting to IMERC, companies are able to comply with the mercury-added product notification requirements of Connecticut, Louisiana, Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New York, Rhode Island, and Vermont. Reporting is required for any entity that offered a mercury-added product for sale or distribution in any of the above-listed states.

These companies are required to submit a mercury-added product notification to IMERC every three years, which reports the amount of mercury sold per product during the calendar year being reported on (i.e., 2018, 2021, 2024...). If your company has not yet submitted for 2018, you must first submit that data and receive approval from the states before filing each subsequent year.
