Discover the latest global acquisitions to East View Companies' astounding selection of maps, geospatial data, and related publications.

East View Companies - Uncommon Information, Extraordinary Places
The quarterly issue of “New and Noteworthy” is designed primarily for librarians and other information professionals who would benefit from a quick summary of the recent acquisitions of East View Geospatial and sister companies, East View Information Services and East View Map Link.

East View Map Link also manages Longitude Maps, Lakemaps, Omnimap, and the Fishing Hot Spots brands.
These three companies deploy a wide net on a daily and global basis to bring to market an astounding selection of maps, geospatial data, and related publications. Frankly, it’s hard to share it all in effective and simple ways. Through the New and Noteworthy publication, East View Companies intends to better communicate to those who are building their own collections of such materials. It is very much a continued work in progress and suggestions are welcome.
Please note that the same product is often available in many formats, some of which are essentially on-demand: original print, POD, raster/PDF, geomosaics/WMTS/web services, vector/GIS, and so on. It’s a fact of life in this business that all things geospatial are complex. The East View Companies are working to simplify this and to make everything easier to acquire. It’s hard to illustrate all options for any given product, and sometimes the best thing to do is to ask them a question or let them know what you are looking for.

The East View Companies look forward to hearing from you, and thanks for your support!
