But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faith, meekness, temperance: against such there is no law.

You Can Do This
It is almost embarrassingly easy to write a letter to your representatives in Congress using the FCNL website.
Google “Friends Committee on National Legislation: Home,” scroll down to “Act,” and “Take Action,” and there are letters already written on key issues such as “Protect Voting Rights,” and “War is not the answer in Ukraine.”
You can easily edit these letters, or write your own, and FCNL will send them to both Senators and your Representative with the push of a button. What a difference Friends could make if we each did this often! Thank you for using this Friendly tool for peace and justice.
—Ruth Yarrow, IMM FCNL representative

Letter from Earthcare: The Amazing New York Climate Bill

We in Ithaca Monthly Meeting, who advocate stewardship and respect for the Earth, can only be very excited and encouraged by the historic clean energy transition now underway.
The driver for this transition is the 2019 NY Climate Act – official name: the Climate Leadership and Community Protection Act....
