Their newest location at 96 State Street in Augusta has been under renovation since December 2025, and will serve as a regional hub for the agency's existing Home-Care, Behavioral Health, and Home-Based Community Support Team serving members living in Southern Kennebec, Oxford, Lincoln, Northern Androscoggin, Sagadahoc, and Southern Waldo Counties.

According to Jillian Jolicoeur, CEO/Owner, "We are now using this space as an agency-wide administrative hub, and we are looking forward to opportunities for greater collaboration with regional community agencies and businesses in response to the growing need for social services in the lower Kennebec Region. We've also recently joined the Kennebec Valley Chamber of Commerce and understand that providing human and social services is first and foremost a community effort."

Behavioral Health Director, Natalie Childs notes, "We already have a significant service base in the regions surrounding Augusta, and this new location will provide many of our employees a lesser commute as they move between administrative/office work and their direct care visits throughout the week. This office will also allow us to more readily expand access to resources and support for Augusta residents who need it most."

Human Resources and Marketing Director Stacey Mannke shares that the agency will be hosting walk-in hiring events for both entry-level and experienced support staff beginning in September, but encourages people to apply for open positions in the region at assistanceplus.com/careers.

The agency's office in Wilton serves as the hub for staff supporting members in Oxford, Western Kennebec, Franklin, and Somerset Counties, and their Benton and Winslow locations serve as the hub for staff providing services in Northern Kennebec, Somerset, Knox, Piscataquis, Lower Penobscot, and Northern Waldo counties.
