May is Mental Health Awareness Month
How is IMPACT Connect supporting mental health? IMPACT Connect strives to improve our community's health and well-being by making health and social services more accessible and navigable. We do this by bringing service providers together through shared leadership and shared technology to better coordinate services.
The IMPACT Connect network includes behavioral health providers who are open to accepting referrals and also have a seat at the table making decisions that improve the referral process.
Mental Health Navigation Initiative
IMPACT is a partner in the Mental Health Navigation Initiative chaired by the Milwaukee Healthcare Partnership and Inpower. We are working to make mental health services more accessible based on surveys of mental health professionals and community members.
