Behind the Curtain at IMPACT |
Meredith Latino -
Meredith
joined
IMPACT in December 2012 as a medical writer and appendices manager. She has been instrumental in establishing processes, answering questions, and helping us troubleshoot appendix-related issues. She has also authored a variety of documents from early-phase to
late-phase programs.
Meredith has received abundant praise from both internal team members and our external clients. Our new writers greatly appreciate her mentorship and patience.
Congratulations Meredith on this well-deserved promotion to Senior Clinical Research Scientist!
Beth Pultorak - Beth joined IMPACT in June 2016 after working as a Medical Writer at ETSI and Galaxy Diagnostics.
During her time at IMPACT, Beth has shown great initiative, impressive sleuthing abilities, and a willingness to be flexible and creative to keep things running smoothly. Her sense of humor and enthusiasm make her a pleasure to work with.
In addition, Beth plays an integral role in our company culture as a member of the Making an IMPACT (MAI) team. As a part of this team, she serves as an author of the MAI newsletters and press releases, and an organizer of the MAI events, including their annual Season of Giving.

Meet Our New Medical Writers! |
|
Left to Right: Nicole Tackmann and Holly Buchanan
|
|
We are excited to welcome 2 new medical writers to our IMPACT team: Nicole Tackmann and Holly Buchanan.
Nicole recently completed her doctorate at UNC and then worked as a Clinical Strategy intern at Cato Research. She enjoys spending time with her husband and dog, hiking, cooking, sewing, and cheering for the Tar Heels.
Holly joins us from Greenwich Biosciences, where she was a Principal Medical Writer. There, and previously at UCB Biosciences, she had focused the last 5 years on pediatric epilepsy development programs and submissions. Outside of work, Holly enjoys spending time with her husband and children, hiking with her 6-month-old hound mix, woodworking, and home renovation.
