We are just days away from our National Coming OUT Day Festival at Camden County College.! We are excited to have you join us for this special day of family, fun & community. Here's what you need to know -- please read this email in its entirety.

WHEN:  Monday, October 11, 2021 from 12:00PM - 4:00PM

VENDOR CHECK-IN BEGINS AT 9:45 AM and ENDS AT 12:00 PM. The check in will be located at the Jersey Gay Pride booth.

WHERE: Camden County College, 200 College Drive, Blackwood, NJ 08012 - Jefferson Courtyard. View map of the campus below:

Parking/Unloading

There is plenty of free is available in parking lots P7, P6, and P8. 

Vendor spaces are first come, first serve. If you need assistance locating your vendor space, please ask for a volunteer to assist you at the check-in booth.

Also, please be mindful that there is reserved parking/space for our mobile food trucks as well as our handicap attendees. Thus, you may be asked to relocate your vehicle once you are done unloading.

Vehicles are NOT permitted to drive on the grass. Failure to comply may result in a ticket and/or fine from the Camden County Parks Department and/or the local police.

If you are carrying heavy or an abundance of equipment, we recommend bringing a hand-truck or dolly.

Equipment Rentals

If you reserved a chair(s), table(s), and/or tent, you will be instructed where to pick up your items and responsible for moving them to your vendor space. You are required to return your items where you received, unless otherwise instructed.

Rain or Shine

This event is rain or shine. Should there be inclement weather at the time of our initial set-up, you will receive an update via email with instructions on how we will proceed with the schedule of activities. We will also update the official Facebook Event page, Facebook Fan Page. and website JerseyGayPride.com.

We'll have a play area dedicated just for our youth! Kids can enjoy this bully-free zone thanks to our friends at Comcast!
