Did you know that in the past five years, the median home value in Houston has soared from $248,000 to $408,000? This substantial increase translates to a remarkable boost in your average commission, from $7,440 to $12,240 – an impressive $4,800 increase.

Despite the challenges of inflation and rising expenses in the current economic landscape, we remain steadfast in our commitment to providing you with a 100% commission structure at a low cost and minimal fees. Starting October 1, 2023, we will be implementing a $200 increase for closed sale units. Additionally, there will be a $30 increase for monthly. Both of these changes are minimal compared to what agents are earning today on average transactions. With these changes come with a silver lining as PRG is reducing the annual cap by $3,000, allowing agents to cap sooner.

Furthermore, we're excited to introduce our new straightforward 90/10 Split Option. This plan is ideal for agents that prefer NO monthly fees. Please rest assured that rental transactions, referrals, and fees for luxury and commercial properties will remain unaffected. This decision has been made after thorough deliberation, understanding that our success is intrinsically linked to yours.
