We are updating the link to FMS Engine (FMSE). The update will start at 9:30PM on Friday, August 22. The update will be done by 8:00AM on Monday, August 25.


The Evvie Portal, Evvie App, and Participant Dashboard will not work during the update time.


Please let your employees know they should not clock in using the Evvie App during this time frame. When the update is done, they should enter their shifts using the Evvie Portal. EVV compliance will not be required for shifts worked during this time frame.


When the update is done, Fello's website will have the new link. Please save the new link to your favorites. If you use the old link, it will send you to the new link.


This update will not change any usernames or passwords. Your login information will stay the same.


When the update is done, employees using the Evvie App will see a pop-up that looks like this:


They should click "Authorize." They don't need to do anything else. If they have problems, they should log out of the app and log back in.
