Thank you so much for attending the Association of the Federal Bar of New Jersey’s 44th Annual Judicial Conference on March 18, 2021.

Attached is your Certificate of Attendance for New Jersey.

Please note the following:
·       For New York Credits: Attorneys may complete out-of-state courses to earn out-of-state credits to satisfy the New York CLE requirement. New Jersey is an approved jurisdiction and therefore, you may use the NJ Certificate of Attendance when determining the number of NY credits and equivalent category.  Please review New York's Approved Jurisdiction Policy. Each attorney must determine the New York equivalent category and number of credits based on a review of the information under the heading “To calculate and report credit (for all attorneys).” New York’s five categories of credit (including the category of Diversity & Inclusion) are defined under sections 1500.2 ( c)through (G) of the New York State CLE Board Program Rules.

Please save the date for the Honorable William H. Gindin Bench Bar Conference being held virtually on Friday, April 23, 2021. Click here for more information and to register.

Please let me know if you have any questions.

Best wishes,
