Here are a few things to know before you go to the show. Please read carefully to have the best experience at the performance.


We anticipate long entry lines. Ballet Arizona does not allow for late seating once the performance begins. Please plan for extra time when making any restaurant reservations prior to the performance, give yourself ample time to find parking, and account for any traffic delays. 

New Bag Screening Policy


The City of Phoenix has recently implemented a new bag screening policy. Please click the link to read what will be allowed to enter Symphony Hall. This policy aligns with other large-scale venues such as ASU Gammage, Glendale Arena, and Footprint Center.

Getting There


• The performance takes place at Symphony Hall, located in Downtown Phoenix, at 75 N 2nd Street, Phoenix, AZ 85004

• Parking garages and meters are available nearby. Click here to view a map.

• There are Valley Metro Light Rail stops within walking distance of Symphony Hall at Washington/Central Ave, Jefferson/3rd St and Jefferson/1st Ave.

Areas of Downtown Phoenix are currently under construction. Please allow extra time to park.

Before the Show

Please note: There will be no late seating.

  • Lobby doors, Will Call and Box Office open 1 hour prior to the performance.
  • Forgot your tickets at home? No problem, just go to the Box Office to have them re-printed.
  • Seating inside the theater begins 30 minutes prior.
  • Food and beverages are available for purchase inside the lobby. Please note: Food is not allowed inside the theater.
  • Tag us in your photos! Snap a photo of your best ballet pose and post it to Facebook, Instagram and Twitter and tag us @balletarizona.

During the Show

  • The performance runs for approximately 2 hours, including intermission.
  • Photography or videography is not permitted during the performance.
