Please come pick up your number and gear on Wednesday if you or someone in your party can. You may have a friend or family member pickup your race packet for you. This will help alleviate race day lines. Thank you!

6:30am to 8:10am





All distance changes need to be 
done in person at packet pickup.

You will not have to wait as long if you come on Wednesday as opposed to race morning.

We will not be doing size exchanges in the pjs or shirts until after the race. If the size you selected when registering does not fit, then please bring it back Thursday morning starting at 9:00am. There is no guarantee that all sizes will be available though. 

Bib transfers to another person are not allowed. This is a safety and insurance issue; thank you for understanding.

We will be emailing all of you your parking passes on Tuesday. Please follow the instructions on the parking passes on how to get to your parking lot. This is vitally important. Please DO NOT JUST DRIVE TO THE START LINE.

Day of Race Schedule

6:30 am: Registration, Packet Pickup, and Gear Check Open

7:25am: Sub 50 min. 10k Runners Line Up

7:30am: Sub 50 min. 10k Runners Start

7:35am: Kid's Run Starts - Will send separate details for those registered.

8:10am: Mandatory Announcements and Packet Pick-up Closes

8:15am: All 5k and remaining 10k Participants Start

9:00 am: Unclaimed Pajama Bottoms and Race Shirts will be available for Sale and Size Exchanges

9:15 am: Awards

10:30 am: Course will close and any runners on course will move to sidewalk, Break Down and Clean Up 

Awards

Awards will be based upon chip time and not gun time. We will have pumpkin pies for everyone who finishes top three in their age group. If you finish in the top three of your age group, you may claim your pie under the large tent and go home. Please do not steal any pies; people worked hard for those.

Wave 1 Runners

This is self-seeding, and it is for anyone who is likely to run the 10k in or under 50 minutes. This group will start at 7:30am.

Strollers & Dogs

Animals are NOT allowed because of insurance reasons. Thank you for understanding. We respectfully ask that anyone running/walking with a stroller start with people that run approximately your pace and that you try and stay close to the curb.

Headphones & Music

Headphones are allowed; we just ask that you keep the music off at the start of the race and follow directions. This is very important to help maintain the safety of everyone around you. Always pay attention to the course monitors and the directional arrows.

Maps

The map below here shows the parking lots. The yellow lines are the running route. This is why we need all of the vehicles into their parking lots no later than 7:15AM and please please please do not turn into the running route when you are leaving.
