Our Annual Meeting will be held on June 15th from 1:00-3:00 PM virtually via Zoom. You can register for the meeting here. The meeting will be held in conjunction with the Midwest States Conference June 15th and 16th.

You will be provided with a meeting packet and agenda following your registration.

Additionally, the Midwest States Conference has a broad list of exciting and informative sessions and speakers which may be viewed here. You must register to participate in the Midwest States Conference which can be done here.

Please note, the option to register for ACEC OKLAHOMA's Annual Meeting is contained within the Midwest States Conference registration page; however, we will be using our own Zoom link to facilitate our meeting at the link provided here.
Your participation is critical as we will consider updating our by-laws in addition to conducting officer elections for the 2021-2022 year. The Nominating Committee Report and proposed amendment are available for download as notice to member firms in accordance with ACEC OKLAHOMA By-Laws.

In accordance with the by-laws, if your firm cannot be represented during the meeting, you may vote on the officer elections and proposed amendment by written correspondence (Letter or Email) received by ACEC OKLAHOMA at least 48 hour prior to the start of the Annual Meeting.
