Background Check

Since our volunteers deal with vulnerable animal populations, we want to ensure that we are setting up our animals for a safe experience. If you are 18+, you will be receiving an email from Global Verification Network to complete an online national criminal background check and sex offender search.

Upon receiving the email, you will have three days to complete the request. All information will remain confidential between Global Verification Network and NOCO Humane. Minors do not have to submit a background check. If they receive this request, please disregard.

Once we have everything back from you, you will receive a Welcome Email to schedule your first training day.

We are so excited to have you volunteer with us!

If you have any questions, please email Hannah at weldvolunteer@nocohumane.org
