• Please review the REHEARSAL AND PERFORMANCE SCHEDULE to find your dancers' rehearsal time and check that you purchased the correct tickets.
• Costumes, accessories, and shoes should be labeled with your dancer's name or initials.
• Shoes should be cleaned with a damp cloth and mild soap.
• Strings should be tucked into ballet slippers.

• All Winter Concert performers will wear a MIDDLE part, LOW bun with head pieces on the dancer’s right. Exception: Prima Jazzerina Classes and Lower School Competition Team wear Pigtails
• Dancers with short hair should wear it back from their face
• Make-up should be applied (Brown eye shadow, blush, red or pink lipstick)
• Underpants should not be worn under costumes.
• No jewelry, hair wraps, temporary tattoos or other accessories should be worn during dress rehearsal or performance.

• Dancers
• Please arrive at Regis College Fine Arts Center 15 minutes prior to your scheduled dress rehearsal time.
• Wear costume with all accessories and hair worn per guidelines provided.
• Parents
• Should park cars at rear of the theater (cars in the drop-off circle in front of the building will be towed).
• Are welcome to watch from the balcony and take photos/videos.

Cameras and iPhones will NOT be allowed during the performances.

Families will receive a professionally recorded,

complimentary download of their student's performance.

• Dancers
• Should arrive at Regis College Fine Arts Center 30 minutes before performance time in costume with hair and make-up performance-ready per the guidelines provided.
• Will sit with their class and be chaperoned backstage for the duration of the performance.
• Will participate in the performance bows.
•  Parents
• Are requested to settle their dancer in their assigned dressing room, and enter the theater as quickly as possible.
• Will retrieve their dancer directly from the dressing room after the performance.
• Tickets are sent electronically via email after purchase.
• Print tickets at home or download before arriving at Regis College (cell service can be spotty)



• Tickets can be purchased online HERE, during dress rehearsals or at the box office 30 minutes prior to showtime.
