Coworx Staffing Services will be posting your Electronic 2022 W-2 online on January 23, 2023 for those who have "opt-in" to receive an electronic W2 by 01/13/2022 at 11:59 pm EST. Please visit http://www.mytaxform.com
Attached below are the user guides in English and Spanish.
If you do not elect an electronic copy your W-2 forms will be mailed by January 31, 2023
Please make a note: you MUST "OPT-IN" BY 11:59 pm EST 01/13/2022 for an electronic W2 copy.

- Enter your User ID
- Enter your PIN:(zip code)

If you have never logged into the system, you will need to click on Register Now. You will then be prompted to enroll in the Authentication program. This step is designed to ensure secure access to your W-2 information.
Accessing Your electronic W-2 after 1/23/23

If you have previously enrolled and logged into the system but have forgotten your Personal User Id, please click on the "Forgot User Id" link and follow instructions on how to obtain your User Id.
Now that you've logged in, you can:
- Get your Electronic W-2 for 2022 in just 2 simple steps:***electronic W2s are not available until 1/23/23 and won't be available anytime sooner.
