We are thrilled to share some exciting news about the future of our resort!

After 36 years, The Cove at Yarmouth (“The Cove”) and Vacation Resorts International/Capital Vacations (“CV”) have mutually agreed to terminate their current Management Agreement, effective April 30, 2026.

After a thoughtful review of our long‑term goals along with the evolving needs of our ownership community and the timeshare industry, the Board of Trustees of The Cove are confident this transition opens the door to a stronger, more streamlined, and owner‑focused future.

Beginning May 1, 2026, our resort will proudly begin operating under a new self‑managed structure and the primary point of contact for booking reservations, owner services and resort questions will be 1-800‑648‑3666 or cayinfo@coveatyarmouth.com

This shift allows us to take a more hands‑on approach, giving us greater flexibility to enhance efficiency, elevate service quality, and increase transparency in every aspect of resort operations. Most importantly, it empowers us to make decisions with your best interests at the heart of everything we do.

Additional details on operations, communication channels, a new Owner portal and any service adjustments will be shared in the coming weeks.
