Farrar and Associates, along with East Coast Construction, will begin staging the construction area for our Capital Campaign project on Monday, July 26th. As a result, the entrance from Valley Road will be open to construction vehicles ONLY - all members, visitors, and staff will need to enter through John Clarke Road starting on Monday (see graphic below).
This work will be done in stages:

Stage One - Lower Parking Area (1st lot, nearest to Valley Road). This first phase of construction will occur at the turnaround circle near the facility entrance of the Y, and will consist of the following:

Adding a new street entrance from Valley Road to the YMCA - to be used by construction vehicles only at this time!
- Currently, the 2nd and 3rd parking lots will be open for parking.
- Access to these parking lots are available through our John Clarke Road entrance.
- Once you park, you will continue to walk to the existing front entrance for access into the Y facility.

The Y will remain fully operational and open for use as we build a better Y for our community!
