Dear Valued Member,
On November 13th we incorrectly announced that our current Group Exercise format had to be suspended, and we proposed a new boutique-style format. This morning, after contacting Public Health in York and Halton Regions, we were informed that we can, in fact, continue to have 10 people in our Group Exercise Room and another 10 in the main workout area.
Therefore, we can resume our previous Group Exercise schedule of 10 users without any additional fees. We sincerely apologize for any confusion. We are doing our best to interpret new Public Health information as it is released, and we went too far with the plan that was previously announced.
Here's what you need to know:
Group Exercise Classes

Group Exercise Classes will return as usual, with safety protocols in place, beginning Tuesday, November 17th

Membership dues that were not placed on hold will resume to the agreed upon rate

The Group Exercise schedule will be available on our website and app this afternoon, Monday, November 16th

You will be able to advance reserve Group Exercise classes via our website and app beginning this afternoon. If you prefer, you may also contact your home club's Reception team to assist you in booking
- Classes will be limited to 10 users
Gym Workouts
- Gym Workouts will be limited to 10 users at a time

In most cases, we should be able to offer you instant gym access. However, for prime time spots we have decided to offer advance booking through our group exercise platform which can be accessed through our website or app. These spots are identified as "Gym Workout" rather than class name.
- If you prefer, you may also contact the club during operating hours to book your appointment for you
- Gym Workouts will be booked in 1 hour spots
We sincerely apologize for any confusion these changes may have caused. We've said it before, and we will say it again — from the very bottom of our hearts, thank you! We greatly appreciate your patience, kindness and continued support as we do our best to adapt with constantly-evolving restrictions that are often imposed on us with little notice.
