CCS Staff In the Know
We are excited to welcome all of our staff back to school and hope you have had a restful and enjoyable summer! Our staff at JT Barber Elementary and the Early Colleges have already been working hard and are anxious for our traditional schools to also be in session.

The following details are important so you have the best Craven Summit 2019 experience.
Craven Summit 2019 is   scheduled for Tuesday, August 20 at New Bern High School. 
The Summit will begin  promptly  at  8am.  

Details for the event are as follows:

1.  WHO!!   All certified staff (administrators, teachers, counselors, etc) are expected to attend. 

2.  WHAT !! The GUIDEBOOK App info is in the flyer below so that staff can see the list and register for workshop sessions.  PLEASE ensure that any new employees who may not have email set up are forwarded the information.

3.  PARKING/TRANSPORTATION    Due to the volume of participants expected at this event, you are encouraged to arrange for an activity bus to bring your staff and encourage carpooling. 
 
4.  REGISTRATION/CEUs   The Guidebook App will be used for participants to register for the workshop sessions and track attendance for CEUs. 

5.  POSTER SESSION has been POSTPONED until next year.

6.  FOOD!!  There will be several food trucks available (listed below) during lunch for food purchase. In addition, NBH will have a concession stand available selling hot dogs. Participants may also bring their lunch.

7.  TICKETS!  Tickets will be sent to principals through inter office mail the week of August 5th. Please read the attachment regarding Ticket information carefully since the tickets will be used for prizes.
