Mark knows what businesses need from their bank to succeed. His expertise is First County Bank’s suite of cash management products, which includes Commercial Capture Express – our remote deposit capture product, merchant services, payroll services, lockbox services, account structuring, and First County bank’s Visa business credit card.

Through his genuine interest and expertise, he oversees the company’s technical and business strategy alongside his team of savvy tech employees. He is also experienced in directing strategic and tactical deployment of large-scale operations, with a focus on engaging all employees in performance-enhancing behaviors.
Sherwin Yoder , partner in the litigation group of Carmody Torrance Sandak & Hennessey LLP, where he leads the firm’s Privacy and Data Security practice. He focuses on helping organizations mitigate data privacy and security risks and manage incident response, including related litigation. He also counsels start-ups and emerging companies on their privacy and security obligations in designing and launching e-commerce sites, mobile applications, IoT devices, and other technologies or transactions involving the flow of data. He  is a certified privacy professional (CIPP/US, CIPP/E, CIPM).
Mark Schulz is a Vice President and Account Executive for the Cyber Protection Package program for Victor O. Schinnerer & Company, the largest professional lines managing general underwriter in the United States.
Mark has 10 years of professional liability insurance experience with over 8 years of specialization in cyber and technology liability. Deep expertise in cyber liability, including network security and data privacy. Oversees risk management, assessment and underwriting of cyber products.
Mark received his undergraduate degree from Roanoke College and his MBA from the University of Hartford with a concentration in Finance.
