Read for Important Information about Music Under the Stars 2021
Dear Mission Friends,

Thank you to all of you for hanging in there with us during the pandemic. The Mission’s Signature Events raises crucial funds for preserving this special landmark.

Although things are still changing and subject to change, as of May 13, 2021, three of the four Music Under the Stars concerts remain canceled. The Fab Four concert scheduled for August 21, 2021, will proceed as planned. We are following CDC and state guidelines and looking at other venues’ policies in preparation for the concert. At this time, we will require concert guests to show proof of vaccine or COVID negative test to enter the event. If those requirements mean you will not attend, please let us know and we will issue a refund. You will have first right of refusal to purchase your same table to Music Under the Stars 2022.
ABOUT THE STATUS OF TABLES AND TICKETS:

If you donated the cost of your 2020 Music Under the Stars tickets, we thank you for your donation. Please reach out to us as soon as possible if you would like to repurchase your table to the Fab Four Concert. A Mission staff member will be in touch to assist with the purchase of your regular table.

If you have not yet informed us of your decision regarding this year's tickets, please email us as soon as possible at eventsdepartment@missionsjc.com. Again, you have the following options:

  1. If you want us to “roll over” your purchase to next year to reserve your same table/tickets, we will do that. You will not be obligated to purchase a membership next year as you will already have your table/tickets. You must let us know by May 30th of your decision to roll over by emailing: eventsdepartment@missionsjc.com
  2. If you donated your tickets last year, you must let us know by May 30th whether you want to repurchase your same table and/or tickets. Please email eventsdepartment@missionsjc.com and we will assist you with the purchase.
  3. If you want a refund for the 2021 concert series, we will still hold your table for you. You will be required to be a member to repurchase the table in 2022. So please let us know in writing by May 30th if you want a refund by emailing us at: eventsdepartment@missionsjc.com

COVID-19 Protocols: Safety is the Mission’s top priority. That is why this year’s concerts will look different than what you’re used to. We’re drafting plans that best work with CDC and state guidelines. Some of those plans may include the possibility of removing the dance floors among other modifications to the layout.

We hope to see you at the August concert, and that you can support our efforts to ensure a safe environment for all. Please know situations change and we reserve the right to make modifications as necessary.
