As you may know, the Governor announced on Monday that the DOH Commissioner declared COVID-19 a highly contagious communicable disease that presents a serious risk of harm to the public health under the HERO Act. This declaration requires employers to implement their Airborne Infectious Disease policies that meet or exceed NYS requirements. 
 
Because of this development, we will not host the symposium in person and are shifting to a webinar ONLY format. Our new webinar format will take place on the same day as originally planned and will follow a slightly abbreviated schedule as outlined below.
