Greetings Ospreys,

Due to last Friday's fire in the Commons, we have moved the location for two events happening on Thursday of this week. We are so grateful to the generosity of the Durango Arts Center and the Durango Fire Protection District for stepping in to offer us alternative spaces for these important end-of-year gatherings, free of charge!

The final NEST Meeting will be at the Durango Arts Center at 802 East 2nd Avenue from 1:45 to 3:30pm on Thursday.

We will provide buses for all students to get from AHS to the Durango Arts Center, leaving AHS at 1:30, when students are done with TPOL Prep. Students may also drive themselves to the DAC.
Campus will close 1:30pm on Thursday so we can all be at the NEST Meeting.
School will release from the Durango Arts Center at 3:30 and there will NOT be a Hub Bus from AHS to DHS Thursday afternoon.
If your student will need a ride from DAC to DHS at the end of the NEST Meeting to catch a bus home from DHS, please contact Bridget in the main office and we will help!

Senior Supper will be at Durango Fire Station #1 at 142 Sheppard Drive in Bodo Park from 6-8pm on Thursday.
As a reminder, all students and staff will be at Fort Lewis College Friday morning.

  • Seniors meet at the Community Concert Hall at 8am, in cap & gown, ready for their class photo and a full dress rehearsal
  • All 9th through 11th grade students meet at the FLC Clocktower at 8:25 for Advisory Olympics, in costume according to their Advisory group's plan. Please bring snacks, water bottle, sunscreen and a sack lunch.
  • We will release from Fort Lewis College at 12:30pm
