As you know, the world is changing at an incredible pace. As it changes, so must we, so we can continue to exceed the needs and expectations of our clients. 

Over the past year, the Doucette team has been working through a transformation that has enabled us to define our purpose, establish our mission and proactively forecast the future needs of our clients. Through this process, we were able to gain a deeper understanding of the value we bring to clients, each other and the markets we serve. This renewed understanding will serve as our guiding light as we step into the future with you.

The result is a simplified name with a new look. Our new name, Doucette Accountants & Advisors (formerly Doucette & Doucette CPAs) continues to pay tribute to our founding partner, Dave Doucette, while also recognizing our new Managing Partner, Jamie Doucette, who succeeds Dave in leading the firm, effective January 1, 2024.  Rest assured Dave will continue to serve as a Partner at Doucette while also enjoying some reduced hours during the off-season which he has worked hard over the past 40 years to achieve.

The name change better reflects the type of firm we’ve become over those years – true, trusted advisors to our clients who we have the privilege of helping achieve their goals. Our new tagline of “Your vision is our mission” is based on direct feedback from our clients. We have been told time and time again clients choose Doucette for stellar accounting and tax services, industry knowledge and our wealth of experience, but stay with us because we truly understand them. Clients feel like the Doucette team is part of their team, sharing in their visions for the future and working alongside them every step of the way to get them where they want to go. Our new value proposition encompasses this strong level of trust and comfort our clients feel and illustrates the team approach we take when delivering exemplary client service.

Lastly, we have modernized our look with a new graphic, font and colors as we have always been committed to staying cutting edge in accounting, taxes, bookkeeping and technology. The three circles in our logo represent our clients’ dream, their team and the Doucette team working side by side in the spirit of unity, community and friendship. The never-ending lines of the circles signify our ability to remain by our clients’ sides through all stages of their business and personal lives, particularly as their needs change and evolve.

In summary, despite the visual changes, our mission of delivering the best accounting, tax and business advice from a winning service team with a high level of personalized client care has remained the same. We hope our clients and friends like our new look and appreciate our simple, yet meaningful approach.
