We are excited to announce that BCNA has a brand new name!
We've rebranded and have a new logo, a new website, and a new name:
BCNA is now Accompany Capital.
We chose the name Accompany Capital to better highlight the scope of our commitment to our clients. We not only provide our clients with affordable capital to help start and grow their small businesses, we accompany and support them every step of the way along their entrepreneurial journeys.
While our name has changed, our mission has not.
We are still 100% focused on providing small and micro business owners in New York City with low-cost loans, access to business training & technical assistance, and one-on-one counseling.
We’re proud that, since we got our start in 1997:
- We have awarded over 4,000 loans totaling over $34 million dollars to New York City micro and small businesses, as well as provided workshops and one-on-one business advice on management and marketing to over 10,000 businesses.

Through our Individual Development Account (IDA) Program, 1,412 refugees have invested over $9.5 million dollars in their micro-businesses, further education, and home ownership.

Through our emergency grants program funded with BCNA's interest income, we were able to provide 86 Grants totaling $71,000 to refugee clients particularly hard hit by the pandemic.
