Due to the Coronavirus [COVID-19] Public Health Emergency, Synergy will be transitioning to telemedicine visits beginning Monday, March 23rd, as an option to service and protect our patients.

Telemedicine uses a 2 way telecommunications system in realtime audio and video, examples like Skype, Facetime, Messenger, etc.

During this audio & visual visit we will evaluate and manage your care.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: All procedures at North Scottsdale Surgery Center will be postponed until further notice. We will be in continuous communication with you to keep you apprised of further changes.

All future in office scheduled events like Yoga Nidra will be cancelled until further notice.

Our office requires the following:

  1. You will be required to complete a consent for your telemedicine visit.
  2. We will use audio/video conferencing via Skype, or Facetime.
  3. You will be asked to find a private setting for your visit with your provider. No other persons, or loved ones should be present. This is a one to one visit with your provider.
  4. Please log in for your telehealth visit 5 minutes prior to your appointment time.
  5. If you have a scale, blood pressure cuff and thermometer please have available in case your provider asks.
  6. You may be asked to sign an "Advanced Beneficiary Notice"as this visit may not be covered by your insurance.

Since we are all in unfamiliar territory we will do our very best to keep you updated with office changes.
