As was previously reported, the 2018 Annual Owners Meeting is scheduled for Saturday,
November 3, 2018 at 10:00 am. The meeting will be held in the Majestic Ballroom, located on the third floor of the Amenities Building. Each year as part of the weekend festivities, the Association host an Owners Reception on the Friday evening before. This event is always the highlight of the weekend and a great opportunity for Majestic owners to meet and socialize. However, after much consideration, this year's event will be scaled down for a couple of reasons. First, the board is still assessing the extent of the damage to the property as well as the cost related to make the necessary repairs. As we are still awaiting estimates on a number of repair items related to Hurricane Michael, the Board of Directors felt it would be fiscally unwise to spend money at this time on the normal Owner Reception festivities. Additionally, we also realize that many of your units will not be available as Majestic is currently booked with first responders and work crews from all over the country that have converged on our area to assist with the clean up efforts. However, in the spirit of fellowship, the Association will still host a scaled down, casual cocktail reception on Friday evening. This will consist of light hor d'oeuvres and a cash bar. This event is strictly for owners and your spouse or a significant other. If you would like to invite an additional friend or family member, the cost will by $35 per person.
