TRASH DISPOSAL RULES – PLEASE READ

This is a reminder that only small household trash bags should be placed in the trash chute. The chute is designed for regular domestic waste only.

Do NOT dispose of the following items in the trash chute:

• Large items (e.g., blinds, furniture parts, large plastic or metal objects)
• Cardboard boxes (must be broken down and taken to the designated recycling area)
• Construction debris or bulky waste

Improper use of the trash chute causes blockages, damages the system, and creates safety hazards.

Violations will result in penalties being charged to the responsible unit.

All oversized or bulk items must be taken to the designated disposal container.
