Our conference landing page functions like a mobile app and gives you access to the conference schedule & speaker bios, CLE credit form, evaluation survey, and list of conference registrants. Feel free to add the link to your phone's homepage or bookmark it for easy access throughout conference.

Sign-up for Free Internet Access Before Your Stay

There will be wifi available to all attendees during the Conference but if you have booked a room at the Fairmont Austin, you will need to join their loyalty program upon arrival in order to access free internet throughout the hotel as well as a range of other exclusive benefits.

Attire for conference is business casual.

Conference Check-In

Registrants can check-in outside the Congressional Ballroom on the 3rd floor beginning at 11:30 AM. Doors to the ballroom will open at 12:30 PM for the Kick-Off Welcome Luncheon.

Hotel Parking

Self-parking is $50 plus tax per night. Valet parking is $59 plus tax per night.

Magna Stella Awards Dinner

Our 18th Magna Stella Dinner takes place on Thursday evening. Attendance to the event is separate from conference. Individual tickets are $250 which includes food and beverages for the entire evening. Attire is cocktail.

Farewell Celebration Lunch

You and a guest are welcome to join us for our Farewell Celebration Lunch on Friday from 12:00pm to 2:30 pm for an authentic Austin experience at Moonshine Patio Bar & Grill that is walking distance from the Fairmont Hotel. Come relax after conference in their private veranda room and enjoy delicious lunch, drinks, and live music.
