IMPORTANT REGISTRATION NOTICE – Please Read

Take action now to ensure that you’re prepared to register your athletes for Fall Sports when registration opens. All athletes are required to complete an annual Special Olympics Virginia registration/medical update.

Special Olympics Virginia Athlete Registration Portal

Starting now, both new and existing athletes need to create an online account through the new Athlete Registration Portal. The PDF and form-assembly versions have gone away.

• The athlete registration form has never been easier – no downloading of PDFs or mailing in hard copies! Anyone who submits a PDF or hard copy form will be asked to register through the portal instead to ensure that Area Leadership volunteers have access to athlete registration forms.
• You can register for the first time, renew an existing form, as well as make any necessary updates – all at your convenience.
• The BEST part – previous information auto-populates! No more typing in the same information over and over again
• If any medical or contact information changes during the year, update it on the portal. This will reset the anniversary date for annual renewal.
• You will receive an email at 90, then 30 days prior to the annual registration date. Please update the registration during that time.

Step 2: Click on the photo marked Athlete Registration Portal. This will take you to the Local Registration Portal where you can create an account or login to an existing account.

Step 3: Follow instructions. The path differs if you’re registering as a new athlete or a returning athlete.

Do you have a PRCS WebTrac Account?

You must have an active PRCS WebTrac account in order to register for a sport.

WebTrac is the same platform that is used to register for PRCS camps, classes, CASA and YAS after-school programs.

NO – I don’t have a PRCS WebTrac account. Create an account HERE now, before Fall Sports registration opens. Include the names and ages for any family member that will be participating in PRCS activities.

YES – I have a PRCS WebTrac Account - Use that account number and login to register for Special Olympics sports programs as soon as Fall registration opens.

Parents - make sure you register your child - not yourself - for the chosen sport!
