Dear PGA WEST RES I Homeowners.
Please be reminded that Improper disposal of garbage, trash, or recyclables into another homeowner’s trash barrel or residence is subject to a $1,000 fine.
TRASH COLLECTION SCHEDULE & RULES
MONDAY COLLECTION
- Trash, garbage, and recyclables may be placed curbside for Monday pickup after 12:00 PM on Sunday.
- All garbage must be sealed in plastic bags and placed in the appropriate Burrtec barrel at the curb before 6:00 AM on Monday.
- Burrtec will not collect trash that is not properly contained in designated barrels.
- Recyclables must be placed in the appropriate Burrtec recycling barrel.
TRASH BARREL STORAGE
All barrels must be removed from the curb and properly stored by Monday evening. Failure to do so is a citable infraction with a minimum fine of $100.
Homeowners are responsible for ensuring compliance by their invitees, guests, tenants, vendors, and contractors.
AWAY ON COLLECTION DAY?
Burrtec offers a convenient barrel retrieval service for a nominal fee. Their team will retrieve barrels from a designated location (such as a courtyard), empty them, and return the barrels.
