Dear Riordan Families,
Thank you for your patience as we continue to work closely with the San Francisco Department of Public Health (SFDPH). We received an update from their team today, and I want to share it with you promptly.
At his point, no additional active cases of tuberculosis have been identified. However, there have been enough cases of latent TB infection that, out of an abundance of caution, SFDPH is requiring that all students be tested.
Attached to this message is the official communication from SFDPH, which provides detailed guidance on the process that all students and faculty should follow. Please take a moment to read the attached letter carefully so you are aware of the timelines and procedures.
