These past few months have been filled with uncertainty, but despite these uncharted times, the Regal team recognizes that your communities need to maintain their curb appeal and property values.

Planning and executing your community projects is part of the “new normal” that we are all working to establish. As we enter the summer months, many boards start thinking about fall and early-winter interior improvement work. This can vary from simple paint enhancements, to fit-outs (allowing for clubs and committees to meet and comply with social distancing rules), and clubhouse face lifts. Whatever your project, we recommend compiling a “wish list” so you can decide what works best within your budget and timeline.

·   Virtual or In-Person Site Inspections – While complying with social distancing guidelines, we will meet with your management team and/or board representative to walk through and evaluate the project, providing a clear and concise opinion on next steps. Virtual inspections can be accommodated as well.
·     Scheduling the Project – We work within your time frame to get the project scheduled in a timely fashion, including coordinating materials, team members, appropriate permits, and onsite facilities maintenance.
·    Clear and Reliable Communication – We keep you informed of project status at each phase and are available to answer questions as they arise.
·      Completing the Work – It is our intent to complete your project on time, with minimal impact to the community and within the original agreed upon project parameters.
·     Satisfaction Surveys – After each project is complete, we will send a client satisfaction survey to ensure our work meets your expectations. The Regal team is fully activated, continuing to provide emergency services and complete full-scale projects during this time. While it’s essentially “business as usual”, there are many mandates in New Jersey that Regal Restoration continues to follow. Because safety is our top priority while working on your properties, we have developed a company protocol (the “Regal Care Standard”) to which every team member must always adhere.
Find some critical points below:


·           Contactless temperature screening will be performed prior to job-site admittance.
·          Signage will be placed at each job site alerting workers of proper hygiene practices.
·          Social distancing guidelines will be enforced throughout the day.
·          Face coverings are mandatory.
·          Visitors to the job site will be strictly limited to essential personnel, and in a reduced capacity, to allow for proper social distancing.

·          All work areas, tools and equipment will be properly maintained and cleaned frequently, per CDC guidelines.
·          Hand sanitizer will be placed at the entrance of each work site and required when arriving, departing, and throughout the work day.
·          Workers will be reminded to keep all areas free from debris and wiped down throughout the day.

·          Project Leaders will communicate with clients through email, FaceTime, telephone, and/or video conferencing, until further notice. In-person meetings are strongly discouraged for everyone’s health and safety. If an in-person meeting is deemed necessary by upper management, social distancing guidelines will be enforced, and interaction will be limited.

·          Proper signage will be placed at each job site stating that no one with an illness be granted access.
·          Team members exhibiting COVID-19 symptoms will not report to work and will receive appropriate testing prior to mandatory quarantine.
·          Any signs of other illnesses will be reported to upper management for evaluation.
