Bennett Family Medicine will continue to be a provider on UnitedHealthcare plans during 2017.  

Over the weekend, many of you brought to our attention that you received a letter from UnitedHealthcare stating beginning 12/31/2016, Dr. Suzanne Bennett will no longer participate in the UnitedHealthcare network.  This letter was sent in error on the part of UnitedHealthcare.  

Bennett Family Medicine took no action to terminate or end our relationship with your UnitedHealthcare plan.  We intend to be a provider on this plan in the future just as we always have been for the past 18 years!!  

The outpouring of support & loyalty from our patients has been truly humbling. Thank you for supporting our practice!  We love what we do and look forward to caring for you and your families for many years to come!
