IMPORTANT SPEECH THERAPY ANNOUNCEMENTS
Good Day,
We hope all is going smoothly for your family! We're writing to announce an upcoming staffing change in our speech therapy team. Unfortunately, our sweet Ms. Ella is moving off-island for personal reasons. Ella's last day in the clinic will be October 24th.
Fortunately...we have a stellar speech-language therapy team ready to jump in so we can continue serving as many of our children as possible! You can expect communication from our team in the coming weeks to coordinate any schedule adjustments. If you have any questions, please reach out to your speech therapist or Allison at allison@jstherapies.com.
IMPORTANT NOTE: As we now have more children needing services than our therapist schedules can accommodate, we are going to be especially mindful of ATTENDANCE. When you started services with us, you signed our Attendance Policy which highlights the importance of consistently keeping your regular weekly scheduled appointments and providing MORE than 24-hour notice if you must reschedule.
Our support team will be monitoring attendance more closely than before and strictly enforcing our attendance policy. Please review this and ensure that you are communicating closely with your speech therapist to ensure that you are able to keep your time slot.
Regular weekly appointments, especially high-demand after-school and Saturday appointments, will only be reserved for families who commit to consistent attendance.
