IMRF Board to Meet Online in December
The full IMRF Board of Trustees will meet by web conference on Friday December 18 at 9 AM, in accordance with Executive Order 2020-69 and 5-ILCS 12/7(e). Multiple committee meetings will be held on Thursday, December 17.
Members of the public may attend these meetings.
How to attend the meetings
If you are your organization’s IMRF Authorized Agent, forward this email to any organizational stakeholders interested in the governance of IMRF, so they may review the upcoming meeting agendas. This could include your organization’s leader, its chief financial officer, and members of its governing body.
Approval of all demographic, mortality, and economic actuarial assumptions for 2021. These assumptions will affect employer contribution rates starting in 2022. Learn more here.

The IMRF Board will continue to meet by online web conference until the public health situation substantially improves. IMRF stakeholders should consult our website here later in December for a list of 2021 Board meeting dates.
