IMSA Welcomes New Certification Director

Feleasah Rogers recently joined IMSA as the education and certification director. In this position, Rogers will manage IMSA’s educational programs and certification exams and work closely with the Education Advisory Committee and Technical Advisory Committee. She will also oversee the IMSA education and certification teams.

Rogers most recently served as the director of curriculum development and learning for BICSI, an information and communications technology (ICT) association. At BICSI, she was the staff liaison to the Education Advancement, Speaker Selection and Future Education Needs and Trends committees. Rogers led the charge in building ICT curriculum, including data center design, fiber installation, outside plant and project management for ICT professionals. Rogers holds a master's in adult education from the University of South Florida and is a specialist in designing technical training.

Rogers also enjoys providing a safe home for children in foster care. She serves as the Policy Council Chair for the Mango Headstart Program, which supports children's development.
