The Middle Atlantic Section lost a good friend and a true gentleman. Joe served as the Secretary and Treasurer of our section. It was my honor as President a few years ago to have sponsored Joe as a Life Member when he retired from full time working.

Dr. Joe, as many of us called him, was a pleasure to sit down and just talk to about grandkids which he loved, his working as a ham radio operator, and experiences in life. Dr. Joe will be greatly missed by the Middle Atlantic Section and by me personally.
