SAFECOM Nationwide Survey

Now Open

The SAFECOM Nationwide Survey (SNS) is now live and will remain open through July 21, 2023, and your participation impacts future emergency communications decisions! The SNS is the means to have your organization’s voice heard. The SNS supplies essential data on emergency communications capability gaps that can be used to advocate for funding, establish priorities, and improve operations. Participation by public safety organizations helps to highlight those advancements that will secure resilient operable and interoperable communications in an ever-evolving environment.

Additional information about the SNS is available at For questions, please email [email protected].

Smart request at traffic lights

The move towards a smart city does not stop at traffic lights. The unique touchless push button from RTB fits perfectly into a modern, digital cityscape. When a pedestrian approaches the pole within a defined distance range, he or she is automatically detected and the walk signal request is started. Manual operation is completely eliminated, which is a great advantage for users, not only from a hygienic point of view but also particularly convenient. Combined with the technology from RTB, the touchless walk signal request is also a safe option for blind and visually impaired people. Learn more
