The Oral Arguments were heard today at the Boaters Class Action Appeal Hearing. We steadfastly hope for a positive outcome and ruling in the boaters’ favor. If the ruling favors the boaters, then the original ruling would be overturned and remanded back to the local court for a trial. The ruling is expected within 60 to 90 days. DPBA would like to thank the Plaintiffs’ attorneys for a job well done! In our opinion, they were masterful and gave us hope. We also want to thank the Plaintiffs for their tenacity and courage through these proceedings.
