The Food & Drug Administration (FDA) announced today that the sales of JUUL products are to cease immediately. Current JUUL products in stores must be removed, or the stores will risk enforcement action. The products include the JUUL device and four types of JUULpods: tobacco-flavored pods at nicotine concentrations of 5.0% and 3.0% and menthol-flavored pods at nicotine concentrations of 5.0% and 3.0%.

If JUUL receives a stay, it will allow the continued sale of the company's products while it pursues the appeals process.
