Large-Scale Casino Resort Complex Slated for Philippines

Since successfully securing a license from the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation ("PAGCOR"), Udenna Development Corporation is in the process of developing a large-scale casino resort complex, The Emerald, in Lapu-Lapu City, on the island of Mactan in Cebu Province, Philippines. The resort complex will include multiple luxury hotels and villas, high-quality food and beverage venues, residential properties, and other associated leisure facilities.

Potawatomi Hotel & Casino Expansion to Create Jobs

The Potawatomi Hotel & Casino won unanimous approval in July from the City of Milwaukee's Common Council on plans for an $80 million property expansion that will include a 119-room hotel tower, spa and additional meeting space. The Innovation Group prepared market assessments, financial pro formas, construction cost estimates, and a Return on Investment (ROI) analysis to determine the feasibility of this project following the success of their first 380-room hotel. The Forest County Potawatomi Tribe expects construction to begin by the end of this year and will add another 50 full-time jobs to the property.

Pinoleville Pomo Nation to Open First Casino in Ukiah

The Innovation Group has worked with the Pinoleville Pomo Nation for many years in hopes of securing their first casino and financial future. Most recently, we completed a Gaming Market Assessment under multiple development scenarios for a proposed casino in Ukiah, CA. The studies included casino developments ranging from 349 slot machines all the way up to the state-allowed 900 slots. A hotel was additionally examined. With the purchase of the land on the north side of Ukiah, the Nation seems to be well on their way to opening their casino.
