MEMBER OF THE MONTH KELLER SCHROEDER

ROB WILSON

Southwest Principal Consultant

Rob Wilson

By KY Brand Builders

Though his employer is based in Evansville, IN, the company has hubs located in Bowling Green and Nashville. In fact, Rob was set to work out of Music City, but fell in love with Bowling Green and subsequently found Buddy Steen, Sam Ford, and the WKU Innovation Campus. He was intrigued and eager to realize the vision of the Innovation Campus using skills he had acquired from his tenure at Keller Schroeder.

Since the company has four business units specializing in Applications, Data Strategy, Infrastructure Sales/Services, and Staffing, it is no surprise that over 40 companies in Western and South-Central Kentucky and 20 others in middle Tennessee and other southeastern states call Keller Schroeder for tech, data, staffing and project management. This is why Rob’s experience at Keller Schroeder uniquely positions him to advise the area businesses and entrepreneurs that need guidance in these areas.

Moreover, as a principal consultant for our region, Rob understands the core Keller Schroeder’s services from its four business units and how the company provides an umbrella of services to protect all aspects of its client business interests. This is where the Keller Schroeder vision intersects with the vision of the Innovation Campus–both are dedicated to providing access to an array of solutions to business problems that hinder growth and success. Both provide networking opportunities for the companies they serve to show their commitment to progress.

It’s his personal commitment to progress that drives him to be a leader at work and in our community–it explains how he emerged quickly as a leader at the innovation campus. He revealed that his father’s influence made leadership a key focus in his life. Rob describes his father as a “servant leader” who taught him that “just doing your job isn't enough”– a person must leave a situation better than he found it by looking for opportunities to help others. That is why Rob wants to make an impact wherever he goes: it is why Keller Schroeder is his employer and why the vision of the Innovation Campus appeals to him. It is why in the future; he will most certainly leave the Innovation Campus better than he found it. For more information email Rob Wilson or visit Keller Shroeder.
