A presentation on the Executives-on-Roster (XOR) program was done at the University Industry Demonstration Partnership (UIDP) Conference in Columbus by Mariam Gorjian.
In May, we announced our first match from the Executives-on-Roster (XOR) program. Recently, the founder of
Smart Rotation
took to LinkedIn to show her excitement in conducting a trade show with her XOR Match, Michelle Klumb. We are excited to demonstrate why XOR can be powerful for our startups.
"...after jumping on a quick video call, I knew she was the right person for Smart Rotation. We clicked instantly and her experience has been so invaluable to us. In the short time Michele has been with the company, we've grown so much and introduced better processes in our customer-focused company. I'm excited to see where we go from here!"
