Strategic Media Planning & Buying

Media Planning

Media Planning is the process of selecting the optimal media mix for reaching a client’s target audience. INSPYR works closely with each business to determine advertising goals, identify the target audience, and select the best media outlet.

Media Buying

Media Buying is the execution after the Media Planning process. At INSPYR, we have developed a relationship with local advertising media outlets and their representatives to buy and negotiate competitive rates for our clients. Our agency currently places buys for TV, Radio, Print, and Billboards.

Media Reconciliation

Media buying reconciliation is a critical step in protecting our clients’ investments and maximizing performance. After campaigns run, we carefully audit vendor affidavits, invoices, pacing reports, and proof of performance to ensure every ad ran as contracted. If discrepancies occur, we proactively secure added value or make-goods to ensure our clients receive full delivery and optimal return.

Performance Tracking & Optimization

At INSPYR Agency, we believe media buying should be guided by data. We invest in advanced attribution and media buying software that integrates with Google Analytics. This allows us complete visibility into campaign performance, including vendor details, spot counts, spend levels, and exact airtimes. We then connect this data to real user behavior, such as website visits, page views, conversions, and localized traffic, giving us a full-funnel view of how your traditional media is driving results. These real-time insights allow us to identify trends, optimize placements, strategically reallocate budget, and continuously refine campaigns, ensuring maximum efficiency and ROI for our clients.

Devotional

“My sheep listen to my voice; I know them, and they follow me.” John 10:27 (NIV)

Throughout Jesus’ ministry, He continually used interruptions as invitations to glorify His Father. In Luke 5:17-26, a paralyzed man was lowered from a rooftop as Jesus was teaching, and Jesus stopped to heal him. In Luke 8:40-48, on his way to heal Jairus’ daughter, Jesus stopped to heal a woman with an issue of blood. And these are only two in a list of many examples.

When I was interrupted, I had to ask myself Might this irritating interruption actually be an invitation from God? Am I listening to His Voice? I'd prayed to hear God better, yet when he spoke to me through the needs of another person, I almost didn’t listen.

As you reflect on your day-to-day life, where do you often experience interruptions? A crying child? A line at the coffee shop? A friend who needs a listening ear? Could these disruptions in our days actually be triggers for you and me to move toward following our Shepherd?

Perhaps the crying child is an opportunity to slow down, bring comfort, and give ourselves a break from work as well. Maybe the person at the coffee shop could use a smile, a free latte, or an invitation to church. And the friend in need? God might be giving us an opportunity to grow in empathy and compassion.

Good Shepherd, help me to ask: Is it an interruption or an invitation? Help me to discern Your voice and follow where You are asking me to go. In Jesus’ Name, Amen.

What Our Clients Are Saying

"Has been very helpful in getting my business name out there. Appreciate all the work they’re doing. They took the time to sit down with me, figure out what I wanted, and have accomplished what I was hoping for and much more. Very creative and helpful. Will continue to use them in the future." - Josh
