Things to Ponder in this Time

Ephesians 6:10-20 deals with the armor of God. The scripture reminds us that we do not battle against flesh and blood. It is in this time that we need to take up the full armor of God and pray, not wrestle with one another. The different parts of the armor enable us to withstand against the spiritual forces. One of the last parts mentioned besides the sword of the Spirit is the Helmet of Salvation. The helmet protects our mind, thoughts, and livelihood. We need to remember that salvation is through Jesus and He can protect us from the lies, so that we only focus on Him and the Truth that sets us free. No matter where you are in your Christian life, there is always a battle going on and our mind is precious. Many times we forget the Helmet of Salvation. Now is the time to place the helmet on and allow God to protect us from the lies that are whispered, shouted, or spewed on us. There is always something trying to draw us away from God, but we can overcome it through the help of the Armor of God and particularly the Helmet of Salvation. We need to hold tight to Him and His Resurrection power and we will do well!

Cosas para Reflexionar en este Tiempo

Efesios 6:10-20 trata sobre la armadura de Dios, y la Escritura nos recuerda que nuestra lucha no es contra carne ni sangre. Es en este tiempo cuando necesitamos revestirnos de toda la armadura de Dios y orar, en lugar de luchar unos contra otros. Las distintas partes de la armadura nos capacitan para resistir frente a las fuerzas espirituales. Una de las últimas partes mencionadas —además de la Espada del Espíritu— es el yelmo de la Salvación. El yelmo protege nuestra mente, nuestros pensamientos y nuestro bienestar. Debemos recordar que la salvación es por medio de Jesús, y que Él puede protegernos de las mentiras, para que así nos enfoquemos únicamente en Él y en la Verdad que nos hace libres. Sin importar en qué etapa de tu vida cristiana te encuentres, siempre hay una batalla en curso, y nuestra mente es algo precioso. Muchas veces olvidamos el yelmo de la Salvación. Ahora es el momento de ponernos el yelmo y permitir que Dios nos proteja de las mentiras que se nos susurran, se nos gritan o se nos lanzan. Siempre hay algo que intenta apartarnos de Dios, pero podemos vencerlo con la ayuda de la Armadura de Dios y, en particular, del yelmo de la Salvación. ¡Debemos aferrarnos firmemente a Él y a su poder de resurrección, y todo nos irá bien!

Level 2 - Diploma Program

Students must have completed their Certificate in Christian Ministry in order to be fully enrolled in this program. Visiting students can study up to three of these subjects without having completed Level 1 subjects previously. The focus of this program is leadership development. The base price for a Level 2 course is $240.
