TERMS AND CONDITIONS

A one-time registration fee of $30 ensures you can cancel at any time. You must notify us about the cancellation at least two weeks before your next billing cycle. If notified within two weeks of the next billing cycle, your cancellation will not be effective until the following month. Billing is on the 1st or 15th of each month.

Your monthly membership fee will be drafted out of your account each month. If your payment is declined, there will be an additional $25 fee. If you book an appointment and do not show up, that will count as your membership. You can re-book the missed appointment for 10% off.

ALL CANCELLATIONS MUST BE MADE AT LEAST 24 HOURS IN ADVANCE TO AVOID LOSING YOUR MEMBERSHIP SERVICES. UNUSED SERVICES DO NOT ROLL OVER TO THE NEXT MONTH.
