FEDERAL RESERVE
The U.S. central bank's policy-setting board, the Federal Open Market Committee (FOMC), will hold a two-day meeting on interest rates and announce its decision, followed by statement, at 2 pm ET. Fed Chair Jerome Powell holds a news conference at 2:30 pm ET.  Officials are expected to hold rates steady after raising them in December for a fourth time in 2018. The Fed has signalled it will increase rates twice this year.
