Full committee hearing to question Commodity Futures Trading Commission nominees Chirstopher James Brummer (who would fill a Democratic slot) and Brian Quintenz (who would fill a Republican seat). The committee won't vote on the CFTC hopefuls at the hearing. The CFTC has been down to three commissioners for more than a year.
